Meet our builder
Nic Pettersson has been involved in home renovation and building the majority of his life. His love for precision and building started as a young boy, materialized at age 18 under the guidance of an architect and friend, and has been honed over the last 15 years in the industry.
His approach to home building is simple: shoot straight, guide clients through the stressors of home building with ease, and curate homes that are even better than imagined. His favorite homes to build are those with unique aspects. So, whether you have visions of a cozy cottage by the lake, a modern marvel in the city, or something that's so uniquely you it hasn't even been dreamt up yet, he’s got your back.
Nic takes pride in his work but does not let it consume him. He, thankfully, has a wonderful family that has his heart and friends that keep him grounded. When he’s not on site you can find him with his wife and kids on their little backyard farm or with their old boat on the lake. He is convinced that the best ideas come when you are in the middle of nowhere with fresh air and the inspiration of nature.
His goal is to build beautifully unique homes that last a lifetime and he'll do it with a smile, a little bit of charm, and a whole lot of expertise.
